Race Weekend!!!!

OK. So, I know this was almost 2 weeks ago now, but I'm just now getting around to updating the blog. Here are a few pictures from the race. It was so awesome. We had a great time in Kansas City. It was our weekend away and it was so nice. We went the entire weekend without fighting. If you know Derek and I, you know that is a huge feat for us. No arguing, nothing, all weekend. And, we didn't know our way around Kansas City, so of course, we made a lot of wrong turns, and we didn't even argue about that. God truly knew what we needed that weekend and allowed us to become closer and renew our love for each other. We got to go on a pit road/garage tour which was sponsored by Irwin Tools which is part of Rubbermaid. This was so cool to be that close to our driver's cars, etc. Our close friends Misty and Chris Flynt were there as well as Renee who works for Rubbermaid but out in North Carolina. We had some awesome seats. We were on row 11, right out of turn 4 towards the start/finish line.
